Duplicate Order Checker

Your Yearbook Site automatically checks each user’s order placed into their cart against any prior orders made for your entire school. Users are notified on the fly if another family member has already ordered a book for a specific child.

Export for Accounting

Yearbook orders collected on your Yearbook Site are exportable at any time to EXCEL for accounting purposes as well as internal school document sharing. All criteria are captured and ca be sorted as needed.

Sales Goals

Not everyone is a pro designer and we are here to aid in the process. Our staff goes through each online ad submission and reviews all elements for design consistency. We touch up every ad to layout perfection before it is printed. Uploaded digital files are reviewed as well, and this touch up service comes at no additional cost.

Know publishing software and want to design your ad offline? Just download your ad size template as your starting point so that your ad dimesnions and resolution are set for excellent output. Create your ad and when done, upload it as a finished file. Scanned hardcopy ads work well for this option too.

Schedule your YZ Ad Service meeting and a YZ Designer will call you to start working on your ad together. Review prior yearbooks and have an idea of the type of ad layout you would like based on the number of images and text in your ad, as well as your ad size.

Work with Your YZ Designer

Watch your ad come alive as you and your YZ Designer layout your ad elements on your page. With each save, you will see an update to your design. Your designer will work with you to adjust the elements your design needs. All the work is done on your behalf.

Submit & Pay

Once you approve your ad, you pay a $35 YX Ad Service fee, and then pay your School’s ad placement fee, which goes directly to help fund the yearbook. YZ Ad Service is a simple process for those interested in having their ads designed quickly on their behalf. The entire ad placement fee goes directly to your school to help fund the yearbook.

Your school has the option to schedule a parent yearbook ad workshop at school. Your YZ Advocate will train your advertisers while the yearbook staff support individuals with FAQs and scanning hardcopy photos as applicable.

Overlapping Workflows
